Handmade Disclaimer

All pieces are handmade to order with care and intention. Because of this, we require up to 7 days to craft your item before dispatching. Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur — this is part of the uniqueness of handmade work and not considered a defect.

Antique Elements

Many of our designs include antique embellishments sourced from Rajasthan, India. These may appear rustic or raw — this is intentional and reflects the vintage charm and authenticity of each piece.

Product Care

Care instructions are provided on our website. Gulcheen is not responsible for wear and tear caused by water, perfumes, chemicals, or improper storage. Please follow our guidelines to extend the life of your jewellery.

Payment

We accept COD and Bank Transfer.

Production & Shipping

Since our pieces are made to order, please allow 7 working days for production before shipping. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is received damaged. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We reserve the right to assess and approve claims.

Allergies & Materials

Our base material is brass. Some pieces are gold or nickel plated. If you have sensitivities or allergies, please review product details before purchasing or contact us with questions.
